In the rare event you receive a product that is damaged or flawed please provide a photo for review via email at support@mikmat.com and we will happily replace your item free of charge or issue a refund.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
We process orders very quickly so all requests for modifications must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Any requests outside of 24 hours will not be accepted. To request a change to your order please contact us via email at support@mikmat.com. We are then going to check the real-time status of your order and let you know if changes can be made.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
All requests for cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Any requests outside of 24 hours will not be accepted. To request a cancellation of your order please contact us via email at support@mikmat.com. We are then going to check the real-time status of your order and let you know if cancellation is applicable. If the order was already processed, then we cannot accept your request for cancellation.
CUSTOMER SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
We understand that "typos" do happen from time to time (especially if you are shopping with a mobile phone). Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. We want to make sure that you get your package delivered to you.
In the event you entered the incorrect shipping information and a package is returned to us, you are solely responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address. We cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout.
CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS POLICY
The custom printed items in section (A) below are non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange. Our items all vary per print, as they are custom & we do not keep them in stock.
Section A - Custom printed products may include but not limited to: apparel, phone cases, shower curtains, towels, linen totes, yoga mats, pet beds, bowls, cutting boards, mouse pads, pouches, large & small leather totes, shoulder bags, saddlebags, linen totes, mugs, beer steins, stickers, wall art, tapestries, pillow covers, blankets, high top shoes, low top shoes, slip on shoes, sneakers, casual shoes, boots, backpacks, crew socks, and leggings.
Custom printed products with sizes are generally non-refundable and are not normally eligible for return or exchange.
GIFTS POLICY
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver only (no exceptions) and he/she will be notified of the return.
ITEM SIZING POLICY
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our product specifications pages for customer reference.
Please see the size chart of your item before placing the order as products with sizes are generally non-refundable and are not normally eligible for return or exchange.
HYGIENE POLICY
Any item purchased that may come in contact genitalia may include but not limited to all lingerie items including underwear, swimsuits, nursing bras, bra pads and bra accessories are not eligible for return.
REFUND POLICY
If you wish to request a refund please contact us at support@mikmat.com.
If your request for a refund is applicable, we will notify you by email on how to return your product. Once your package is received and inspected, you will be notified that we have received your returned item. If the item returned meets our Returns and Exchange Policy your refund will be approved.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have been issued a refund, please allow 3 to 5 business days to pass for the funds to clear in your account, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All "Free + Shipping" offers are non-refundable once shipped.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
In the event that you have not received your refund within 10 days of being notified for a refund, please check your bank account again. If the funds do not appear, please contact your credit card company and after that contact your bank. Sometimes there is a delay in processing the refund before it is officially posted into your account.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy is backed by a 100% Money Back Guarantee that lasts for 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the items within 30 days after your order purchase date and we will reimburse you 100% of the purchase price you paid for the products you return.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We keep the reasonable price of our products by not adding the price of returns shipping fee to it.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at support@mikmat.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
RETURNS PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means that the item is unopened in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unused, and with original tags/labels attached. For unpackaged items, all original tags must be attached. You also need to provide a proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We strongly recommend that you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item as this responsibility lies with the shipping company that you use. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can start the process by following these steps:

- Send us a message requesting a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) for specific product/s, include order number and email used in original purchase.
- Within 48 hours you will receive an email and further instructions
We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Policy and your use of our Site indicates your consent to the Store Policy posted at the time.
It is at our discretion to waive this policy based on the circumstances.
