How Quickly Will My Order Ship?

It is important to us that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible. Flat rate shipping orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and picked up by our shipping service provider (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). 

If we discover an in-stock item is not available for whatever reason, you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason. 

If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution. 

Flat Rate Shipping Details:

All orders are shipped using a trackable service provider. The shipping fee is determined by the schedule below and may change without notice. The shipping fee does not include taxes or any additional service fees. Insurance may be an additional charge.

QC:
$15 Expedited Parcel (1-9 business days)

AB, BC, MB, NB, SK, NF, NS, PE:
$15 Expedited Parcel (3-10 business days)

NU, NT, YT:
We currently do not ship to these locations at the moment.

Shipping Provider policy: We ship when Canada Post or FedEx is available: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In some cases the charge to ship your order may be more than your invoiced price if your items are large or heavy. If there are charges owing for shipping we will contact you to request payment prior to shipping your order. MIK + MAT cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed by the post office or the courier.

When your order arrives: Before accepting delivery of your order, please examine the package(s) carefully. Do not accept any packages that have been damaged during shipping.

If your order requires a signature please ensure that the number of packages are correct and the packages are not damaged. If you sign for a damaged or partial shipment the shipping insurance will not cover your shipment.

Immediately open and examine your package to ensure you were shipped the correct items. If there are any damages or missing products please report within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please take a picture of the damage prior to opening the product package. Notify MIK + MAT of the damage by emailing support@mikmat.com with the damage details and a picture of the damaged product.

Shipment Timeline: Most in-stock products will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will be notified by email if your order will be delayed or if there is an opportunity to consolidate your purchases.

Returns/Exchange Policy

For MOST items we offer a 30-day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your product just email us and we will provide you with a return address. Please note, you are responsible for return costs.

All items that be returned must be unopened and unused in re-sellable condition. Proof of purchase is required for exchanges or returns. No exceptions.

Please note, any oral or hygienic products are final sale.
